What to Write to Us About
Bug reports
A tool isn't working, or shows the wrong result? Tell us what happened. Because ttkit relies on TikTok's public pages, tools can break when TikTok changes its platform, and reports help us fix them faster.
Please include:
- 01The tool you used (for example, TikTok Video Downloader)
- 02The link or username you entered (public content only)
- 03What you expected, and what happened instead
- 04Your browser and device (for example, Chrome on Android)
- 05A screenshot, if you have one
Feature requests and feedback
Tell us what would make ttkit more useful. We read all suggestions, although we can't promise to build every one.

Questions about how we handle data? Read our Privacy Policy first. If you still have a question, write to us.
Copyright and removal requests
If you are a rights holder and believe content accessed through ttkit infringes your rights, follow the steps in Clause 06 of our Terms of Service and send your request to the email above.
Since ttkit retrieves content from TikTok's public pages, you may also need to report it to TikTok directly to have it removed at the source.
Business and other enquiries
For partnerships, press or anything else, write to us with a short summary of what you need.
What We Can't Help With
- TikTok account problems. We can't recover accounts, reset passwords, remove bans or restore deleted content. Please contact TikTok directly.
- Private content. We can't access private accounts, private videos or restricted content, and we don't offer ways around those limits.
- Removing content from TikTok. ttkit doesn't host TikTok content, so we can't delete it from TikTok.
- Anything illegal. We won't help with harassment, stalking or other misuse.

- Your TikTok password or login details. We never need them, and we will never ask for them.
- Private or sensitive personal information you don't want to share.
