Terms of Service

ttkit lets you view public profiles, Stories and Highlights, read and export comments, and save public videos or audio. You paste a link or enter a username, and ttkit retrieves publicly available content and shows it to you.

ttkit is an independent website. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by TikTok or ByteDance. TikTok and its logo belong to their respective owners.

You must be old enough to use online services in your country, and at least 13 years old. You're responsible for making sure your use of ttkit is legal where you live.

ttkit can only access content that TikTok already makes public. It can't access private accounts, private videos or restricted content, and we don't offer ways around those limits. You agree not to try to use ttkit, or ask us, to do so.

ttkit is free and provided as is. We may change, limit, suspend or stop any part of the service at any time, without notice. Because ttkit depends on TikTok's public content, tools may stop working or return different results when TikTok changes its platform.

You agree not to:

• ✕Use ttkit for anything unlawful, or to harass, stalk, threaten or harm anyone.
• ✕Repost, sell or distribute downloaded content without the creator's permission.
• ✕Present someone else's content as your own.
• ✕Use exported comments or profile data to identify, track or target individuals, or to send unsolicited messages.
• ✕Attempt to access private or restricted content, or to bypass any limit or protection on ttkit or TikTok.
• ✕Use automated tools to send large volumes of requests, or do anything that overloads, disrupts or damages the service.
• ✕Reverse engineer, copy or resell ttkit, except where the law allows it.

Videos, music, sounds, images and comments belong to their creators and other rights holders, and are usually protected by copyright. Downloading and exporting are provided for personal use.

• ·You are solely responsible for how you use what you download or export.
• ·Check the rights before you reuse, edit, publish or repost anything, especially music and sounds.
• ·You are responsible for following TikTok's terms and the laws and platform rules that apply to you.
• ·Comments and profile details belong to real people. Use exported data responsibly.

ttkit does not host, own or claim rights to TikTok content. We don't control it, and we aren't responsible for it.

If you are a rights holder and believe content accessed through ttkit infringes your rights, contact us at contact@ttkit.org with:

• ·A description of the work you say is infringed
• ·A link to the content in question
• ·Your contact details
• ·A statement that you are the rights holder or authorized to act for them

Since ttkit retrieves content from TikTok's public pages, you may also need to report it to TikTok directly to have it removed at the source.

How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using ttkit, you acknowledge it.

ttkit may link to TikTok or other websites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices.

ttkit is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no promises that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate or complete, that every public video, Story, Highlight or comment will be available, or that results will meet your needs.

To the fullest extent the law allows, ttkit and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits or reputation, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service or any content accessed through it. Where liability can't be excluded, it is limited to the greatest extent the law allows.

You agree to be responsible for your own use of ttkit and to hold us harmless from claims that arise from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of downloaded or exported content.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the site operator is established. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless the law where you live gives you other rights.

We may block or restrict access to ttkit for anyone who breaks these Terms or misuses the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date. Continuing to use ttkit after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
